Anderson doesn't wait long to build another nest

Actress Gillian Anderson, 37, is expecting a new bundle of joy with current boyfriend and British businessman Mark Griffiths. Anderson recently split with her husband of 18 months, documentary filmmaker Julian Ozzane. She has a daughter, Piper, from a previous marriage.

Anderson has been enjoying professional success lately as well. The Emmy and Golden Globe winner was nominated for another Emmy for her role as Lady Dedlock in the Charles Dickens adaptation "Bleak House." A representative for Anderson declined to speak about her private life saying, "We know, however, that you would like to congratulate her on her Emmy nomination for 'Bleak House' and great continual professional success."

Gillian Anderson rose to fame for her role as Agent Dana Scully on the hit Fox series, "The X-Files." Since the show's end, she has done numerous plays and movies. Her latest, "The Last King of Scotland" opposite Forrest Whitaker is scheduled for release in the fall of 2006.
