Chef Gordon Ramsey combines the remaining five chefs into one team and has them square off in an individual cooking challenge.
Recap:
Only five chefs remain and Heather suspects Chef Ramsay is going to put them all together in one group.
Chef Ramsey congratulates them on making it this far and, as expected, combines them into one team. He then explains each chef will have 20 minutes to prepare a dish using the same ingredients.
The chefs present their dishes to Ramsey. Overall Ramsay is impressed with all the dishes but awards the challenge to Keith who chooses Virginia to accompany him on a tour of the Las Vegas restaurant they're all fighting for.
While Keith and Virginia leave for Vegas, the remaining chefs must prepare HELL'S KITCHEN for fumigation by covering the entire space in plastic wrap.
The chefs prepare for the night's service and Keith receives the news that his veal chop will be added to the night's menu.
HELL'S KITCHEN opens and Ramsey informs the chefs that in addition to the usual diners they'll also have a 12-seat table to serve. Garrett rushes out a raw chicken that Ramsay calls downright dangerous.
An anxious customer approaches Chef Ramsay and asks how long till their food arrives. Ramsay says he can't concentrate with her boobs in his face. The diner then responds by tossing a dish off the table and storming out.
The chefs complete the final order and Ramsay applauds them for finishing the service. He tells Keith to nominate two people for elimination.
At elimination Keith nominates Virginia because she nearly cost the chefs a completed service and Garrett, because despite their friendship Keith knows he underperformed tonight. Garrett gives an impassioned plea while Virginia says she still wants to prove herself. Ramsay then calls Virginia's name, (Garrett breaths a sigh of relief) and tells her she's staying. Uncooked chicken is unacceptable and Ramsay asks Garrett to turn in his jacket.
