The Morgan Creek CEO makes sure the actress is aware of her “unprofessional“ actions.
Claiming that her "ongoing all night heavy partying" is the reason for her tardiness and absences on the set of "Georgia Rule," Morgan Creek CEO James G. Robinson sent a hand-delivered letter to Lindsay Lohan admonishing her for her behavior.
"To date, your actions on ‘Georgia Rule’ have been discourteous, irresponsible and unprofessional," Robinson wrote. "You have acted like a spoiled child and in doing so have alienated many of your coworkers and endangered the quality of this picture."
Robinson blames her excessive partying for her "so-called exhaustion." Lohan was spotted at Hollywood nightclub Hyde only hours after she was released from the hospital Thursday night.
"We refuse to accept bogus excuses for your behavior," Robinson added.
If she continues her conduct, Robinson warned Lohan the company would hold her responsible for any monetary damages and do whatever is necessary "to preserve the integrity of the 'Georgia Rule' Production and Morgan Creek's financial interests."
The letter, which was also sent to Lohan's mother, agent and publicist, was published on the Smoking Gun Web site.
