DVD Dribble

It's TV time again for the latest edition of the DVD Dribble. DVDs from all types of television shows are available in stores.

Adults that still enjoy cartoons may want to check out "The Brak Show, Vol. 2." The DVD includes 14 episodes of the Adult Swim series on two discs. The cartoon sitcom follows the lives of Brak and Zorak, villains from another Cartoon Network show, "Space Ghost."

And now onto another cartoon from Cartoon Network, "Sealab 2021." The "Sealab 2021- Season 4" DVD is made up for two discs which include 13 episodes of the show about an underwater colony made up of people who hate each other. The DVD also includes Shrabster Forward, an alternate ending, deleted scenes, Best of Sealab/Sunken Treasures and Nightshift.

The Dribble moves from cartoons to extra terrestrials with "Invasion- The Complete Series." The show about strange occurrences in the aftermath of a Florida hurricane is available in Spanish, French and Portuguese subtitles as well as an English audio track. The DVD, which features 22 episodes of the series on six discs, also includes missing scenes, "Invading the Mind of Shaun Cassidy" featurette and a gag reel.

"Veronica Mars- The Complete Second Season" is out on DVD for all of those people that enjoy crime dramas. The second season is made up of 22 episodes on six discs. The DVD includes 22 minutes of deleted scenes, "A Day on the Set with Veronica Mars" featurette, "Veronica Mars: Not Your Average Teen Detective" featurette and a gag reel.

Now it's time for a little education, "Nova: Great Peaks - Everest Kilimanjaro Mckinley." This part of the NOVA PBS series takes you on a trip, high into the sky to the top of Mount Everest. The DVD shows how high altitudes affect the human body. There are no special features on this DVD.

This DVD Dribble included TV shows of all kinds, from adult cartoons to an educational program. No matter what your interest, one of these DVDs will probably intrigue the couch potato in you.
