Teen says Busta Rhymes kicked him in face
Rapper has been charged with third-degree assault after 19-year-old Roberto Lebron's accusation.
Lebron claims he just happened to be spitting in the street at the very same moment the rapper's Maybach came floating up Manhattan's Sixth Avenue.
According to Lebron, Busta Rhymes immediately exited the stopped car and asked the teenager if he had spit on the luxury vehicle. " I said, 'Sorry, I didn't mean to'," the teen admits.
Lebron says he tried to explain he is a fan but that didn't stop an entourage member from commencing the beat down. Lebron says Busta Rhymes waited until he was on the ground before joining in, "I saw him kick me."
Busta Rhymes was arrested Saturday night and arraigned on Sunday. He is due back in court Oct. 24.
