Three times not a charm for Tom Arnold

Fox News has reported actor/comedian Tom Arnold has separated from wife No. 3. After four years of marriage from wife, Shelby Ross, Tom has filed for legal separation, said his spokeswoman Staci Wolfe. "He doesn't know what the future holds, but he does care deeply for her."

Wolfe has also stated the documents were filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court by Arnold, whose movie credits include "True Lies" and wife Roos has no children.

Arnold, 47, met Roos, 34, a political consultant, in 2000 at the Democratic National Convention in Los Angeles. The couple married June 29, 2002, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.

In the actor's separation documents, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by Beverly Hills divorce attorney Neal Hersh, Arnold asks the court to treat the couple's Beverly Hills home, as well as all profits that Arnold had going into the marriage, as his own separate property. The papers provide no date of separation.

Arnold is most known for being married to comedic actress Roseanne Barr back in the early '90s. The two divorced in 1994 after nearly four years of marriage, and from 1995 to 1999 he was married to Julie Lynn Champngella.
