Big Brother All-Stars Season Episode 23
So here's the deal: Danielle knows Chill Town has the whole house on lock, but she still wants the veto to be won, used and Will placed as the substitute nominee. Will knows Danielle is after him and he wants the veto to be won, used and Danielle to be placed as the substitute nominee. Janelle goes to Erika to beg and they end up striking an alliance but really Janelle is just part of Chill Town's plans to get Danielle nominated and out the door this week. Erika has no clue. She has a heart-to-heart with Danielle during which Dani swears on her kids that she wants Erika with her in the final two. She swore on her kids, man.
We get a night vision view of Will smiling to himself in bed. Creepy, right? It gets creepier as the montage begins of Will praising Neil Patrick Harris as his favorite actor on four separate occasions. The montage ends to the night vision view of Will still smiling cheerfully with his eyes closed. In the morning, we see Doogie Howser, M.D. himself creeping into the BB backyard with gifts for the house's "Christmas in August" prize. Doogie goes on to wake the houseguests who go about hugging and kissing him despite just having woken up with morning breath. I just think that's rude. Doogie gets a diary room confession during which he declares George is simple and Janelle is much more beautiful in person. Doogie also confesses to giving the houseguests clothes because he was so sick of Mike wearing that "Dolce" shirt. Yes, I'm sure CBS is sick of the self-promotion also.
Later that night, once Neil Patrick Harris has left and Will is still pining for Doogie, Chicken George reveals he was once struck by lightning, but luckily has "no side effects." I think George is sweet so I will refrain from commenting.
All the hamsters get to play the veto now that only six remain. They individually get called to the yard to play "Two Faces." There is a large screen that displays a series of individual facial features from two evicted guests and the player who can properly guess the names being shown quickest wins. Mike's diary confesses he lost on purpose because he did not want to be caught between Will's determination to oust Danielle and Erika's occasional ideas to oust Will. For the first time ever, Will tries his hardest to win. Erika and Danielle play hard to maintain nominations. But, as usual, Janelle wins with a time that blows everyone else away. This is her fourth veto!
Chill Town is very pleased with themselves. They corner Erika and tell her she must nominate Danielle and they'll be the ones voting her out so they'll look like the bad guys. Erika puts on her thinking face. What is wrong with Erika? How does a woman make it into her mid-30s and still not be able to discern when a man is trying to "G" her? Erika continues her stupidity roll by asking Janelle for advice.
Erika goes to the pool to tell Dani she can't beat her in the end, then she cries. Dani proceeds to get drunk and confront Erika. It was sad and embarrassing. Danielle screamed, "I made promises and I meant it... I believed in you... it hurts," before finally adding the most important point, "You won't get my vote."
Erika is sent off crying to Will's room. She wakes him and they go to the HOH room. Danielle comes knocking on that door but Will escorts Erika to the bathroom in order to ignore Danielle's knocking and doorbell ringing. This is just disgusting. I was literally cringing at the excited faces Will and Erika had while taking part in such cruelty.
The next day, Janelle vetoes herself and Erika places a sunglasses clad Danielle on the block. Erika pretends to get choked up while explaining that she respects Danielle, blah, blah, blah. Erika is a stupid girl and deserves what she's going to get. Dani is going home this week and Erika will follow next week.
