Big Brother All-Stars Season Episode 24
Julie Chen tells us this episode is a first in "Big Brother" history. Big Brother Fast Forward will have an eviction at the beginning of the episode followed by the Head of Household competition, then immediately followed by nominations, the Power of Veto competition and finally ending with a second eviction.
With a vote of 3-0, Danielle is evicted. She gives her goodbyes and tells the house she will vote for the best player. Everyone claps as she leaves. Danielle assures Julie she has no hard feelings even though she did trust Erika and still feels betrayed. They watch the goodbye messages and everyone hails Danielle as the best player. They all have lots of love for her and then we get to Erika's message. Erika uses the goodbye message to cry some more about Danielle's drunken assertion that Erika will never get her vote. Erika sobs that she hopes it was just shock and anger speaking, and that Danielle will vote for her. You just know Danielle was sitting there thinking, "Fool, like you'll even make it to the final two. Ha!" But of course, Danielle is too nice and not drunk enough, to actually say that.
The HOH competition is "Battle of the Sexes." Julie mentions an event and the hamsters must guess if it concerned a male or female houseguest. Shock of a lifetime, Janelle wins. Seriously, I'd love Janelle is she wasn't such a typical girl in the way she blindly trusts Will. Case in point, upon learning that she must make nominations in four minutes, Will drags her into a bedroom and tells her it must be George and Erika. Janelle whines about some concerns but we all know she'll do as he says. And then she does.
The Power of Veto competition is "I'm Knots About Veto." The hamsters are attached to a rope with two large knots in it and a veto on the other end. They must get the knots out, pull out the veto, unhook themselves from the rope and hit their buzzer to win. Will and Erika are the clear leaders in the competition. They are both playing like it is serious business. They both got the second knot out and grab their vetoes but it is more difficult than expected to unhook yourself from the rope. Will hits the buzzer despite not having fully completed the task. Erika finally unhooks herself, hits the buzzer and wins the veto!
Erika vetoes herself and Janelle replaces her with Boogie. With a vote of 2-0, Chicken George is evicted. George tells Julie that he is honored to have made it to the final five. Every time George has been on the block, Julie has promised that if he is evicted, the slop warrior would be treated to beer and fried chicken. Well, Julie comes through with that promise. George gets his KFC delivered to him by the Colonel himself, which was pretty creepy.
We're down to four players and too many weeks left. Things aren't adding up and Julie drops the bomb that there will be another eviction Tuesday. Maybe they will vote someone back in.
