Big Brother All-Stars Season Episode 26

OK, so finally some good stuff happened this weekend. But, first, the boring stuff. Danielle and George join Marcellas, Howie and James in the jury house in the same night. Turns out, Howie is the most annoying person on earth and possibly mildly retarded. Danielle tried to play their eviction episodes and Howie started a fight with George, with a 50-something-year-old man. It was embarrassing and infuriating.

We get an entire act of the same old Janelle hates Erika and Erika hates Janelle while Chill Town is manipulating them both nonsense that is beyond boring. The following act brings the final Power of Veto competition. "When the Stars Align" has the contestants in individual cubicles with a large star that has clues written along its edges. The hamsters must dip into their individual pools of muck to find the pictures of past houseguests belonging to each clue. I am totally shocked when Janelle wins... again. Actually, the first words out of my mouth were, "Peace out Erika." But, then something glorious happened.

So, Erika goes to Janelle, "I know you're gonna evict me." Janelle asks her why and Erika can't really articulate anything because she's not that bright, but it turns out Janelle is much brighter than I could have ever assumed, when she says, "We can talk about it." Could it be? Are these women actually forming a clue? Is a real Coup d' Etat about to go down?

The girls go to the HOH room, which is odd because neither of them is HOH. Erika still can't come up with anything good other than Will is a doctor and doesn't need the money. Janelle is still guiding her by asking how she can trust her. Erika swears on her mama that she will take Janelle to the final two. The girls take it to the backyard and get their whisper on. Erika finally starts making sense when she tells Janelle, "They think you and I are a joke. Like they've manipulated us." Janelle asks Erika if she'd like some wine and they go inside. The boys are left outside stretching when Will tells Boogie, "I'm going home." Mike will have none of this, he tells Will, "This is our show and these bitches think they're gonna steal it from us." Ooh, he used the "B" word.

Later that night, things get even better when both women can't sleep and find each other in the backyard. Finally, it happens. Janelle asks Erika, "Did they tell you you're part of Chill Town." Ta-da! They both go over Will's stupid manipulation talks given while guaranteeing partnership in Chill Town. Both women declare, "I hate them."

At the veto ceremony, Janelle vetoes herself. Julie tells her she must now cast the eviction vote. Janelle votes Will out and says it is for Howie and Marcellas. Outside, Will tells Julie he didn't underestimate Janelle, but he did underestimate Erika. Please, he got outplayed and it was mostly due to his Hubris. Julie asks if he regrets not working harder at the veto. Will maintains that his strategy has always been not to win anything and doesn't regret not winning the veto. Yeah, right. Will can't admit that if he had put some effort in and won the veto, one of the girls would have been evicted, by him. He can't admit in thinking that he had these women wrapped around his finger, he effectively lost the game. Ha, I'm still laughing.

The final Head of Household competition will be in three parts. The losers of the first part battle it out in the second part and that winner will go up against the winner from the first part. "Mount HOH" is the name of the competition. The contestants climb on and take hold of their key. The last one standing wins. Mike immediately jumps off and declares they both have to take him to the final two. Hubris, yet again, coupled with the attitude of a sore loser. At least Will lost gracefully.

We return from the commercial break to hear Julie announce that Janelle has lost and Erika has won the first round. This is news to Janelle who can't even figure out how she lost. I guess we'll find out more Thursday. For the first time this season, I can't wait for the next episode.
