Rosh Hashanah Weekend

Jewish holiday decides if God will rule World for another year.
The Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah takes place this weekend. Rosh Hashanah is the birthday of humankind.
According to the Jewish Mystics, the Kabbalists, they say this holiday is a time for "cataclysmic renewal. It has been said as well, that the world is in complete harmony and balance. God will then decide if he wants to rule over the world for another year.
In the Rosh Hashanah prayer, the followers "beg God to continue ruling over them, and swear continued allegiance to him." After they ask God to continue ruling them, it will renew God's desire to continue his rule.
Personal renewal is also a huge part in the Rosh Hashanah holiday. Because it is considered to be a new year, there are then new opportunities to heal old issues and create a new life path.
Maybe we all should look at this holiday, whether believers or not and realize there is always a time in your life to "renew" your love or commitment to one another. It doesn't have to be toward God, but even to a relative, friend or special someone.
