98 Degree Singer Sentenced

Timmons charges have been dropped however he still faces consequences.
Jeff Timmons, formely from the boy band, 98 degrees has been sentenced for a year at Cape Canaveral, Florida after pleading "no contest" for reckless driving and refusing to sign a citation.
The singer will not only have to do 50 hours of community service, but he will also have to go to rehab for alcohol and substance abuse.
Timmons, 33 was reported going 60 miles per hour in a 45 mile per hour zone. It was also reported that he was on his way to attend a charity softball game.
His charge for driving under the influence has was previously dropped due to the lack of evidence. Apparently Timmons refused to take any sort of alchohol test such as urine or a breathalizer.
