MTVU to Premiere New Video from Irving, KCRW

Los Angeles band Irving have been selected by MTVU to premiere the 3rd video from their latest album "Death in the Garden, Blood on the Flowers" on Nov. 6, 2006. Previously Irving has hosted MTV2's Subterranean and their music has been featured on TV shows such as Kyle XY, Saved, Fashion TV and Falcon Beach. Directed by Sharp-Ford, "Jen, Nothing Matters to Me" finds the band surrounded by shiny balloons in an industrial setting with an almost -dare I say it? - Cure like sound over the bands more pop elements?

Additionally, Irving will be playing the KCRW CMJ showcase on Halloween Night in New York City which lands smack dab in the middle of their month long national tour presented by KCRW.com. Full details on the tour are below. Favorites of Magnet, Village Voice, LA Times, Under the Radar and more Irving have shared the stage with Franz Ferdinand, Of Montreal, Arcade Fire, Broken Social Scene and Polyphonic Spree. Time to check these guys out, isn't it?
