Grey's Anatomy Star Officially Comes Out to "People"
T.R. Knight told "People" magazine that he is gay.
Grey's Anatomy actor T.R. Knight has confirmed to "People" magazine that he is gay. The 33-year-old actor who plays Dr. George O'Malley on the hit ABC series, said in a statement, "I guess there have been a few questions about my sexuality, and I'd like to quiet any unnecessary rumors that may be out there. While I prefer to keep my personal life private, I hope the fact that I'm gay isn't the most interesting part of me."
Knight is most known for his role in "Grey's Anatomy," but the Minnesota native has also made appearances in "CSI" and "Law and Order: Criminal Intent."
