Nude Marcia Cross Pics for Sale

Actress Marcia Cross is looking to retrieve some of her racy photos. The actress reportedly threw out over two hundred photographs of herself, which include nude photos, as well as pictures of her showering outside. A California garbage man found the pictures and is looking to make money off of them. The sanitation worker also found her financial documents.

David Hans Schmidt, an agent for the company that gets rid of Cross' trash, said, "If someone can be so dumb as to throw something like that away, they just have to suffer the consequences." He also added, "These photos were not stolen. Once my client picked up what she discarded, it belongs to him, and she can't do anything about it."

Attorneys for the 44-year-old "Desperate Housewives" star claim that Cross accidentally threw out the photos, and want them returned to her.
