Desperate Housewife Soon to Be Mrs. Tony Parker

According to People magazine, representatives of Eva Longoria have officially confirmed that the television siren is engaged to Tony Parker. Many thought that the couple were finished after a break-up in September, but apparently it wasn't anything an impromptu romantic trip to Paris couldn't cure.

Parker, who is French-born and seven years younger than his fiancee, plays guard for the San Antonio Spurs and is one of the NBA's brightest stars. Sources said that Parker flew into L.A. after a Wednesday night game and romantically proposed to Longoria at her home. Longoria had just gotten off work, playing the Latina vixen on ABC's hit series, Desperate Housewives. The happy couple first met in November 2004, and according to her reps, Longoria expects to be with Parker forever.
