Judge Sets Deadline For Anna Nicole Paternity Test
True father of Smith's newborn will be revealed by end of the month.
According to the Associated Press, Anna Nicole Smith's baby dispute is not over - at least until she complies with a paternity test order. A judge in the case has given Smith until January 23 to have her daughter undergo the testing, as requested by ex-boyfriend, Larry Birkhead.
The child in question is Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern, who was born Sept. 7 in the Bahamas. Birkhead, 34, is at odds with Smith's longtime personal lawyer, Howard K. Stern, who maintains that the child is his. After the latest ruling and deadline, it seems the truth will be revealed for the former Playboy Playmate/reality star.
