DiCaprio Admits He Wanted to Take a Break from Acting

Leonardo DiCaprio admitted recently that he pondered taking a break form acting after the tremendous success of Titanic. Even though he admits that the success was great for his career, he feared he may become nothing more than a pretty face. After Titanic, DiCaprio's face was everywhere. Between that and the inescapable song by Celine Dion, Titanic teetered on the brink of annoying.

However, the success of the movie allowed DiCaprio to take more control over his career. His list of post-Titanic movies is undeniable, including, Gangs of New York, The Aviator, Catch Me If You Can and The Departed, just to name a few.
