Harry Potter Deluxe Edition Adds to Fan Fervor

Advanced orders for deluxe edition are at top of charts

Advanced orders of a Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows deluxe edition are flying off the shelves at a Nimbus 2000 speed only second to the regular print on Barnes & Noble.com and Amazon.com, five months before its release date.

Fans can get the deluxe edition for a mere ten dollars more, for a total of $45.50 on Barnes & Noble.com.

While crazed fans are at it, they can also pick up the deluxe edition of J.K. Rowling's previous installment of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which includes a "custom designed slipcase, full-cloth case book, blind-stamped on front and back cover, foil stamped on spine" and a 32-page insert of art and illustrations, according to Publicist Kyle Good of Scholastic Inc.

Rowling announced that the last Harry Potter installment would come out July 21. The rest of the coveted collection has sold more than 325 million copies and translated into 64 languages, many selling millions of copies within its first 24 hours.
