Kardashian Could Sue Over Sex Tape

Socialite/model/designer wants to stop release of racy video.

Socialite Kim Kardashian has spoken out about the upcoming release of a sex tape featuring her and then-boyfriend rapper Ray J. Kardashian vehemently denied allegations that she sold the video to Vivid Entertainment (the company in possession and set to distribute) and told media that she plans to sue in order to halt release. She also felt comfortable that her ex was not to blame either, saying that Ray J was still a friend.

Vivid co-chairman Steve Hirsch says he is "comfortable" that his company has full rights to the video, and that he paid $1 million to an anonymous third party vendor.

Kardashian, besides hanging with Paris Hilton, is the daughter of the late Robert Kardashian (O.J. Simpson attorney) and co-owns a boutique clothing store with her two sisters.
