Desparate Housewives Star Has Twins

Marcia Cross gave birth to fraternal twins on Tuesday.
Desperate Housewives star, Marcia Cross, had fraternal twins, Savannah and Eden, in Los Angeles on Tuesday, with husband Tom Mahoney.
“Mother and babies are doing well,” said Cross’ rep, Heidi Slan, in a statement.
The couple announced their pregnancy in September, later announcing that they were having twins.
“I won the lottery at my age to have two,” Cross, 44 years old, said.
She has been on bed rest for the past month as only a precaution, due to the extra weight she was carrying.
Wisteria Lane was temporarily relocated to Cross’ home so she could continue to shoot scenes playing Bree Van de Kamp, before the star’s stomach became too swollen to hide. Cross’ room was painted the same color as Van de Kamp’s on the show, and a few pieces of furniture from the set were brought in.
Cross and Mahoney were married in June 2006. They dated for over a year before getting engaged in August 2005.
