Anna Nicole to be Buried in Bahamas

It's been two weeks since the passing of Anna Nicole Smith, but now there's finally a decision on where she will be buried. Florida Circuit Court Judge Larry Seidlin wept as he ruled that the 39-year-old model will be laid to rest in the Bahamas alongside her son Daniel. He said, "I want her buried with her son in the Bahamas. I want them to be together." Judge Seidlin gave Smith's daughter Dannielynn's court appointed guardian, Richard Milstein, custody of Anna Nicole's body.

The location of Anna Nicole's burial had been fought over by her mother Virgie Arthur, former boyfriend Larry Birkhead, and her partner Howard K. Stern. Stern claimed that she wanted to be buried in the Bahamas with her son. Arthur and Birkhead said that Smith wanted her burial to be near her idol Marilyn Monroe.
