Perez Hilton Being Sued
The Internet's biggest blogger is in trouble again with the law.
Celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton, is being sued by Universal Studios for posting a stolen picture of Jennifer Aniston topless. E News said that the picture was "misappropriated and illegally copied."
The picture was supposedly from a scene of Aniston's film, The Breakup, but never made it to the big screen. It was said that Hilton, "illegally obtained a copy of all or part of the stolen footage."
Hilton's lawyers said that the picture could be obtained on other websites, and Hilton posted the picture "for the purpose of commentary."
