Lane Garrison Charged with Vehicular Manslaughter
Prison Break star, Lane Garrison, 26, has been charged with vehicular manslaughter, on Thursday, in connection to a car crash in December where one of his three passengers were killed.
On Dec. 2, Garrison's Land Rover went off road and slammed into a tree, killing 17-year-old Vahagn Setian and injuring two 15-year-old girls. Garrison suffered only minor injuries.
The Los Angeles County district attorney charged him with felony vehicular manslaughter, driving under the influence causing injury to multiple victims, and furnishing alcohol to a minor. Garrison was held on $200,000 bail.
The DUI counts that the actor was driving with a blood alcohol level of more than 0.15 percent, 2.5 times the legal limit in California. It was also reported that he had cocaine in his blood.
If convicted, he faces up to six years in prison.
