Angelina Won't Take Maternity Leave
Angelina Jolie won't be taking that maternity leave after all.
The new mom has signed on to star in "Wanted" alongside Morgan Freeman and James McAvoy. The movie is based on the graphic novel by Scottish writer Mark Millar. It is about a man, played by McAvoy, who finds out his father is an assassin and on top of that, was killed. The man has been drafted to take his father's place. Jolie's character, Fox, shows the man the ropes of killing.
"Wanted" will go into production in April, leaving Jolie only a month to spend time to bond with her newly adopted son.
Last week she told a newspaper in Vietnam that she would not take on any new projects.
"I will stay at home to help Pax adjust to his new life," she said. "I have four children and caring for them is the most important thing for me at the moment."
According to Variety, she only took the role in the movie because "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" writer Dean Georgaris rewrote the script to fit Jolie.
