Vivica A. Fox Charged with DUI
Vivica A. Fox was charged Friday with driving under the influence.
Actress Vivica A. Fox was charged Friday with driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content (BAC) above the legal limit, reports the Associated Press.
If convicted, Fox, 42, could spend a maximum of six months in jail and/or pay a fine of $1,000.
Fox was arrested Tuesday after passing a patrol car going 80 mph on the Hollywood Freeway. She later failed a field sobriety test, and breathalyzer tests showed her BAC at greater than .08, the legal driving limit.
Fox was released from jail Wednesday morning.
