Avril Lavigne Buys LA Mansion with Hubby

Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley bought a $9.5 million home.
Canadian pop rocker Avril Lavigne bought a $9.5 million home in the LA neighborhood of Bel-Air, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The 22-year-old bought the house with her husband of nine months, Deryck Whibley, frontman of Sum 41. The 3-story, 12,000 square foot house boasts eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms as well as a sauna, elevator, a pool and a garage that can fit 10 cars.
The mansion was formerly owned by Blink 182's Travis Barker and wife Shanna Moakler. It was put up for sale in July after the filming of the couple’s reality tv show, Meet the Barkers.
Estate agent Arnold Horland, whose wife sold the home to Lavigne and Whibley, said to People magazine, “She had to have it.”
Lavigne’s third album, The Best Damn Thing, will be released April 17.
