Dannielynn’s Paternity Announced

DNA results said that Larry Birkhead is the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter.
After months of waiting, the paternity of Anna Nicole Smith's baby has finally been announced. Following a closed door court hearing in the Bahamas, it was announced that Larry Birkhead is the father of Dannielynn. After hearing the announcement, Birkhead said, "I told you so!" He added, "My baby's going to be coming home pretty soon." Howard K. Stern, who had also claimed paternity of the 7-month-old and is listed as her father on the birth certificate, said he will not fight for custody. He said, "My feelings for Dannielynn have not changed. I'm not going to fight Larry Birkhead for custody. I'm going to do whatever I can to make sure that he gets sole custody."
Anna Nicole's mother, Virgie Arthur, said, "All I care about and all I ever cared about is the safety and well-being of my little granddaughter, Dannielynn." I look forward to working with Larry raising my granddaughter and doing what is very best for her."
