Tito, Jermaine and LaToya are teaming up with CBS for “Pop Dynasty.“
Jermaine, Tito and La Toya Jackson are working with CBS on a reality TV show called “Pop Dynasty” that will air at least eight episodes of a search for the next musical family, with the Jacksons acting as judges.
Big name Jacksons Janet and Michael are not yet involved in the project, said a spokesman from CBS.
According to Variety, Oscar winner Jamie Foxx will work behind-the-scenes on the show.
With the exception of Janet and Michael, the scandal-prone family has not had any wild successes since the Jackson 5, but the three future judges are involved in reality shows. Jermaine was runner-up on “Celebrity Big Brother,” Tito acted as a judge on the British singing competition “Just The Two of Us” and La Toya appeared on Armed and Famous, where celebs train to become reserve police officers.
