Drew Barrymore Tops People's Most Beautiful

She makes her fourth appearance on the list and is on the cover.

Drew Barrymore is number one for People magazine's "100 Most Beautiful," beating out Hollywood bombshells Angelina Jolie and Jessica Alba. Being named the top person "made my peacock feathers shine in the golden-hour light and extend to the heavens," she said in the magazine.

Her beauty secret doesn't involve hair extensions, fake tans, or designer duds, either. "I just think happiness is what makes you pretty; period," she said. This is Barrymore's fourth time being on the Most Beautiful list, but a first for gracing the cover. She is also appearing in a special section where she is photographed without makeup alongside 11 others including Alba, Eva Longoria, Jessica Biel and Katharine McPhee.

"I'm not into those zoom-in tabloid 'look at her zit or her cellulite' pictures, but I'm always happy to be photographed without makeup on," said Barrymore.

Her new film, Lucky You, will premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival.
