Kardashian Reaches Settlement for Sex Tape
Kim Kardashian has reached a multi-million dollar agreement with porn producer Vivid Entertainment over the invasion of privacy suit that resulted over a sex tape with R&B singer Ray J. According to Us Weekly, Vivid has agreed to stop selling the video by the end of May.
"We are pleased that Kim has dropped her legal action against us," Vivid co-chairman Steven Hirsch said. "We met with her several times and finally reached a financial agreement that we both feel is fair."
It is reported that Vivid paid $1 million to an undisclosed source for the tape. Vivid told Us that the settlement is around $3 million. "I'm just so relieved that chapter of my life is over now," said Kardashian to In Touch Weekly. "I have so much going on in my life. I never wanted anyone to think of me as Kim Kardashian, sex tape star...I still have to live with the embarrassment and fear that one day my grandkids are going to see it."
It was reported that Ray J was at a party in Vegas auditioning Kardashian look-alikes to star in Vivid's next, uhm, business venture.
