Marilyn Manson, Slayer Announce Summer Tour

The two will go on a U.S. tour starting at the end of July in support of albums.
Marilyn Manson and Slayer will hit the road this summer. The tour will kick off in West Palm Beach, Fla on July 25. Bleeding Through and another act to be announced will be the opening acts for the 25-city trek.
“Satan is alive and well and living on the planet Earth, and now you know exactly where to find him — this tour,” Manson said to MTV News. “Our differences complement each other, and the uniting element in all of it is the darkness that both bands represent.”
Manson will be touring in support of his new album “Eat Me Drink Me,” set to be released on June 5. His band will play on the Pink Pop festival in Europe starting May 26 before coming to the states to play with Slayer.
Slayer will also be playing a slew of shows beforehand in the UK, Switzerland and Stockholm to continue in support of their latest album “Christ Illusion,” released last August.
