Intense is the keyword. I would add passion to it. Like a lover's kiss that lingers after a moment of passion has left, this is an unusually intense chocolate. I found myself licking my lips looking for a thrill of discovery. Perhaps a sliver of chocolate the napkin missed?
Twilight Delight has 72% cacao that lives up to its name. Delight is delightful! In fact after you have eaten a piece, take a deep breath and again taste the chocolate. Is love is better the second time? Toffee Interlude with the specks of toffee and caramelized almonds add just the right sparkle to a mouthful of the good stuff. The toffee crunch is a surprise like the second flame-up in a July 4th skyrocket that occurs after the initial boom, when your heart skips a beat and the crowd goes ooo then haaaa.

Mom's usually are the one cooking and what better gift than a three or four course gourmet meal delivered right to her door. All she has to do is heat it up- or better yet order it for Mother's Day and have a quiet meal in. We sampled the four course Parisian meal. This was plenty of food. It included two baguettes which baked crispy on the outside and soft and light on the inside. We sampled two of their soups- the Bistro Mushroom and Sherry and Cream of Tomato Basil- both were excellent. The flavors really came through. The Chicken Montrachet and Chicken Wellington were outstanding especially the yummy creamy spinach and artichoke side dish. The meal also came with bake your own cookies.
