This is the double sided griller that most people are familiar with, however, it is generally easier to clean up and heats evenly across all the grills. It appears to be closer to the professional models that are used in restaurants.
Emerilware Fryer by T-fal
This is designed to heat oil to the optimum temperature for the food being cooked. There is a system to filter the oil of cooking particles so less heat is required to maintain the proper cooking temperature for subsequent dinners. The oil lasts longer so that you can economically use a better quality oil.
Emerilware - Steamer by T-fal
Steaming is a way of preserving the vitamins and minerals in the cooked foods and Emeril has designed this steamer to cook faster, have a larger capacity, and an extra cooking area on the top. The two individual cooking baskets can be removed for larger foods.
