Interviews

  • Dick Clark Producer/TV Host - Dick Clark is well known for American Bandstand and of course Dick Clark's New Years Eve. On November 14th, the American Music Awards come back and Dick Clark productions are once again making things happen. While everybody thinks of Dick in front of the camera, 90% of the time, he's behind the camera.

  • Gene Simmons Founder of KISS - Gene Simmons, infamous for his work with KISS is now releasing a solo album with co-collaborators like Bob Dylan, Frank Zappa and Dave Navarro. Gene explains a little bit about how the album came to be, and his thought process behind it.

  • Justin Hawkins Lead Singer of The Darkness - Too often lately, The Darkness would be compared to the Spinal Tap and a comedic version of rock. On other occasions, they'd be compared to Led Zeppelin, but one thing was clear. Nobody seems to understand The Darkness, so why not ask Justin, the lead singer of the band, 'Who are they?'

  • Anthony Kiedis Lead singer for the Red Hot Chilli Peppers - Anthony Kiedis, famous for being the lead singer of the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, goes into depth on the instability and stability of the band, and life as a whole.

  • Kingfish Matthew Kelly - Matthew Kelly talks about his early influences, Bob Weir, Jerry Garcia and operating a health food restaurant.

  • Corky Laing of the band Cork and Mountain - Whatever happened to the Spin Doctors and Mountain? Well, Corky Laing and Eric Schenkman got together and formed the band Cork. And don't think that Cork was named after Corky... he'll tell you what it's really named after.

  • Led Zeppelin John Paul Jones - John talks about his musical career with Led Zeppelin, before and after

  • Ted Nugent Motor City Madman - I did something a bit wrong on this interview. Usually they love when we focus on the upcoming gig, album or newest release. I barely talked to Ted about his music, (then again Ted did most of the talking). I do however feel that this segment of the conversation reflects Ted- pure energy, pure opinion. Whether you agree with him, love him or hate him. He tells you what he thinks in a form of conscious thought and doesn't hold back.
