- Established in 2002 by Frank Gromling, Ocean Publishing is a traditional press. That means we do things the old-fashioned way by making a financial investment in an author and a manuscript. We produce and promote each selected book at our own expense, with its author expected to assist by engaging in presentations, signings, interviews, and such. To date, we have published ten titles in fiction, nonfiction, and poetry, and will produce four more titles in 2006.
