His new job is not just at any mall, the establishment in which he is supposed to look after is the old, burnt down Mayflower Department store that houses tons of creepy mirrors.
Throughout the film, Sutherland’s character, Ben, investigates the strange history of The Mayflower and the Mental Institution that used to be there. Along with these investigations, he has to survive the awful and extremely realistic nightmares he gets from the mirrors in the old Mayflower.
