Prix de Hors, or Priceless in English, is a 2006 French film directed by Pierre Salvadori and starring Audrey Tautou, from Amelie, and Gad Elmaleh. This film is about a beautiful woman named Irene, who travels around the world in the company of rich men. One night, while staying in a hotel, she meets Jean, a waiter, and mistakes him for a millionaire. Jean plays along with the guise, and sleeps with Irene. When Irene's current companion catches them together, he leaves her alone in the streets with nothing. She takes a train to Cote d'Azur, and Jean follows her, both apologizing and trying to win her over. Irene forces him to spend all his money, and then she finds another rich old man to live with. Meanwhile, Jean finds a rich old woman to live with in the same hotel as Irene, and the two begin to fall in love.

Priceless is an amazing film. The plot is a unique twist on the classic love story between two different people, and it blends humor and romance in a flawless mixture. The characters are charming and it's impossible not to become personally invested in their plights. The setting is breathtaking. The hotels, restaurants, and stores that Jean and Irene meet in are beautiful and glamorous. Irene loves to shop and show off her clothes, and even if you don't like the plot of the movie, it is easy to spend the entire 104 minutes gazing longingly at her wardrobe.
