Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

For all of you “Harry Potter” fans out there, the latest film, “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince,” is a brilliant addition to the series. Among adventure, potions, magic, and spells is an impressive film in an already spellbinding saga. While the first five films have been successful, the sixth episode is truly the best of the “Potter” movies yet.

For the first time, the “Harry Potter” movie has matched the brilliance of J. K. Rowling’s book.

Directed by David Yates, “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” tells the tale of Harry’s sixth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. While going about his daily activities, including learning spells and potions, meeting old and new characters, Harry comes across an old, mysterious book that says, “This book is the property of the Half-Blood Prince.” What Harry uncovers throughout exploring this book and his adventures is more about Lord Voldemort’s past.

This film stars many of your old favorites such as Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter, Michael Gambon as Professor Albus Dumbledore, Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley, Emma Watson as Hermione Granger, and Tom Felton as Draco Malfoy. In addition, the film also features Dave Legeno as Fenrir Greyback, Geraldine Somerville as Lily Potter, Bonnie Wright as Ginny Weasley, Jim Broadbent as Professor Horace Slughorn, and Alan Rickman as Professor Severus Snape.

What separates this film from the other five is that it has a lot more laughs. Individual sequences and scenes are the most gripping, exciting in any film out this summer.

This film will excite you, will make you laugh, will scare you, will take you on an adventure you don’t want to miss. But, most of all, this film will impress you.
