Look Mom! I Have Good Manners

When I received this movie, my 6.5-year-old daughter said, "I already have good manners. I don't need this movie." Well, she was right, but I am getting ahead of myself. We sat down to watch, not knowing exactly how this would work. The DVD consists of questions posed to the viewer with a little time to think up an answer. Don't think that this is a slow mover because you don't get THAT much time. As we went through our questions that included issues like: how to talk on the phone, where silverware goes on a table, and the proper way to thank people for gifts, I could not keep up with my daughter. She got a perfect score and I learned a thing or two. I never could remember where the knife should be placed on the table. We loved it and learned from it. Afterward, I heard a comment that went something like this, "gee, my brother should watch this, he doesn't have any manners." Of course, my son is two-years-old so I might wait a few months. Pick up a copy of Look Mom, I Have Good Manners for your family, someone might learn something.
