'Be Alright' track review

By Stephanie Middleton,
Justin Bieber's track off of 'Believe'

Ahh, back to his heart-throb ways. In “Be Alright,” Bieber sings adorably to every longing girl, melting her to a puddle on the floor.

His new album, Believe, may have several head-bangers appropriate for a night on the club, but it does also hold some mellow tunes like this track. With only acoustic guitar and his sweet voice, this song is everything broken hearts need.

Bieber sings about the struggles of distance in a relationship, and about the onset of fights and problems. However, this successful little guy only needs his voice to reassure even the most worried of minds, crooning, “Through the sorrow/ And the fights/ Don’t you worry/ Cause everything is gonna be alright.”

This song seems minimally out of pattern for Bieber as it touches back and respects more classic rock or old school pop-rock roots. As listeners, we’ve gotten accustomed to the dance worthy chart hits from Justin. However, he breaks that pattern with “Be Alright,” offering extremely simple lyrics with beautifully untouched guitar.

Of course, after this track, we can assume Justin Bieber will continue to crank out upbeat hits.
