Mumford & Sons "I Will Wait" Review

By Stephanie Middleton,
Newest Track off 'Babel'

Finally Mumford & Sons have released their first single off their upcoming album, Babel. Mumford & Sons’ much-awaited album is expected to release on Sept. 25.

“I Will Wait” is the newest and only track released so far from this anticipated collection. In classic Mumford form, the song is string heavy and charging in energy. With untouched vocals and harmonies, the boys manage to create yet another genuine Mumford & Sons track.

M & S sings about a new dedication to his love and his life. Striving for a higher quality of person, Marcus belts out “Now I’ll be bold/ As well as strong/ And use my head alongside my heart/ So tame my flesh/ And fix my eyes/ A tethered mind freed from the lies.”

We hear Mumford & Sons come out full throttle in this newly released track, which only creates a higher anticipation for the artists’ new album. Be sure to check out the official audio video below and watch the calendar until Babel comes out in September.
