What happens when you get a former New York Giants player who can rap and produce and pair him up with a singer/songwriter that used to be the lead singer of a surf/reggae/rock group? Cruzmatik.
This duo consists of FMZ and JWillz, who are both veterans in the music industry. They have combined to create something for all music fans around the world. If you listen to hip-hop, rock, reggae, R&B, funk or rap, then you may like this duo.
Reggie “FMZ” Stephen also goes by the name Famouz and is a former cornerback for the New York Giants. On his debut album Ghetto Passport, he sampled a Bon Jovi song. He has worked with artists such as E-40 and Bun B.
JWillz came from Santa Cruz, which is a surfer town in California and worked in a band that made surf/reggae/rock music. He has shared the stage with Slightly Stoopid, Pepper, The Expendables and more. FMZ and JWillz knew each other and after deciding to work together, they have produced something that the world needs to hear.
Their hit “Party Don’t Stop” has reached over 350,000 views since its release. The video was shot in Santa Cruz and begins with JWillz singing “The Party Don’t Start till I walk in” and then FMZ raps to the funky/pop beat. Even though the song is very original, it sounds like they took a little bit of inspiration from Ke$ha’s hit “Tik Tok.”
The song and the video has a party feel to it and it’s something that can be played at parties and clubs getting fans hyped up. If you’re having a good day, this is the kind of song you need to turn up to.
