Born Among the Ruins

From looking at the cover-art and hearing the band's name I expected them to be much harder and angrier than they were. I was happily surprised that they are alternative rock along the lines of REM and 10,000 Maniacs. From judging this book by its cover, I expected dark and sinister, but instead got thoughtful, insightful and well written music. A happy surprise.
