'Bridesmaids' soundtrack features something for everyone

Jessa Picazo

The Bridesmaids soundtrack is a great addition to the movie. The songs are upbeat, catchy, and great to sing along to or just dance around to. The exception of this is "It's Raining" by Inara George, but her sultry vocals are so good that you'll find yourself listening to this song just to be enchanted by her voice.

The great part about this soundtrack is how it appeals to all types of musical tastes. Britney Spears "(I've Just Begun) Having My Fun," attracts the inner pop star in all of us, while Ryan Adams country croons with "Answering Bell." Rockabilly fans will love listening to Wanda Jackson's "Shakin' All Over." If you're feeling like listening to classy instrumental, composer Michael Andrews takes care of that for you with "Boogaloo Annie." Rockers will sing along to Courtney Love with Hole's "Violet." The nostalgic ones will love hearing classics from the 80's and 90's from Blondie and Wilson Philips with "Rip Her to Shreds" and "Hold On." The soundtrack also features a flawless live version of "Rip Her to Shreds."

If you're looking for an album to bring along to your next girl's night or if you're just looking for something to listen to where every track is fun nd that's entertaining, look no further than the Bridesmaids soundtrack.
