Who the hell is Bobbie Gentry? I admit that it might be one of your first questions, as it was mine. Then I read about her. She was one of the most underrated and under appreciated artists to come out of Nashville. Well, first off you have her biggest hit, "Ode to Billy Joe" which knocked the Beatles, "All You Need is Love" right out of the charts! This compilation though covers her biggest 23 tracks. To me the favorite was "Ode to Billy Joe" but the others are really worth a listen.
