Crazy Ever After

Crazy Ever After comes with twelve beautiful and soothing songs. Rescues does a great job of combining the singer/songwriter genre with a bit of folk. It is very sweet in its simplicity. The CD opens up with a simple song catching your attention and introducing the tone of the rest of the tracks. The harmonies are hard to find some sort of pleasure out of; it is very calming and I think everyone could use a calming song or two once in awhile. However, most albums that are characterized by the word "calming" or "soothing" usually become dull as the CD plays on, but not with Crazy Ever After. There really is not a dull moment and the album ends with a catchy, somewhat upbeat song that could be a hit single for Rescues.
