When people say, "Blondie is Back? it simply might indicate that they've reunited and that's about it. In this case, the old Blondie sound that everybody likes is as if they've never "left?. Debbie Harry's vocals sound crisp and perfect while the rest of the band is as creative and brilliant as when they had some of their biggest hits in the 80s. The overall sound is updated but clearly along the same lines. At times in listening to the album it became abundantly clear where No Doubt was influenced. Overall, a wonderful album.
