Eastern Promises Original Movie Soundtrack

The original motion picture soundtrack to the 2007 Viggo Mortensen/Naomi Watts adventure/thriller, "Eastern Promises," is packed full of melodious tracks guaranteed to give anyone the chills as they listen.

The title track has violin and piano play, which enables the mysterious pace of the song. It is the perfect opening to the soundtrack and could be played at the beginning of the movie where the audience sees the initial encounter between the main characters.

On "Tatiana" even more violin work and a suspenseful rhythm is prevalent. Some of the notes are held for prolonged periods of time, enhancing the tension listeners' will feel as the song continues.

With "London Streets" there is a slower pace to the instrumentation. The violin work has a sad rhythm to it, which might make listeners think this track could be played during a portion of the movie where a particular character is ambling down a street contemplating his or her options.

The "Eastern Promises Original Movie Soundtrack" is a conglomeration of songs that go hand in hand with the movie's action-packed plot. Like the movie, the soundtrack will keep listeners on the edge of their seats until the very last note is uttered.
