How I Met Your Mother: "Blitzgiving"

This episode brought back Zooey, a woman who protested against tearing down the building Ted was trying to preserve. After a visit from a college friend nick-named “The Blitz”—he brings bad luck where ever he goes, and it often spreads to others, like Barney, who shuts down Thanksgiving at Ted’s place. They first go to Barney’s when they find that he doesn’t have a stove. After an attempt at cooking at Lilly and Marshal’s—which smelt like the sewage plant they live near—they are forced to make other plans. When they make an attempt to spend Thanksgiving with Zooey, she and Ted can’t stop arguing.

She kicks them all out after Ted calls her “Cinderella’s step mother". When Ted realizes the reason why the comment hurt her feelings, the gang turns around, and Ted and Zooey stop hating each other. There is a brief moment that makes you think Zooey might become more than a friend.
