I'm Gonna Be Your Hero

Chuck Brimer's album, I'm Gonna Be Your Hero, is a wonderful album with a country sound, but a rock star's voice.

Many of the songs on the album begin and sound like something you could hear on your favorite country music station. However, Brimer's voice is not as twangy as many country stars, which is nice for me because I am not a huge country fan. Many of the lyrics tend to go to the country side, telling great stories, mainly about a female lover.

The title song on the album is by far the best song. It is about being a person's everything and being there for them. Its upbeat style is quite entertaining. It is also a song you could picture in your head being played at a sold out concert.

I'm Gonna Be Your Hero is a wonderful album that longtime fans of country music will love and those who dislike the genre will still enjoy.
